What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery varies between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every J&Co purchase is backed by a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
